AIR FARE is NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the workshop.
PLEASE NOTE! All accommodations are based on double-occupancy (shared room/bath with another painting participant). There are a few single occupancy options that have an upcharge. For more details see accommodation info below.
Bringing your own art supplies is a necessity.
HOW DO I REGISTER
To reserve your space, please pay your $500 deposit on the previous page. Make sure your email address is correct when submitting your deposit. If you don't hear from us in 24 hours, please check your spam folder or email us at:

Your space is considered reserved once your $500 deposit is received. You will be contacted by email within 24 hours to confirm your place in the workshop and a registration form will be sent for you to complete within 7 days. Your attendance is contingent on receipt of your completed and signed "Registration Form" and the balance being paid by the due date of February 20, 2025.
The remaining tuition balance is due February 20, 2025. Tuition balance is payable by Zelle or check Bank transfers, PayPal and credit cards are welcome, but the fees associated with using them will be charged to the balance due.
There are no refunds after Jan 20, 2025 for any reason as we are committed to our expenses at that point in time. For this reason, we RECOMMEND that you have travel insurance. Please check with your own insurance company as you may already have a policy in place or consider getting a quote from https://www.insuremytrip.com/
Trip insurance is reasonably priced and gives great peace of mind.
A WAIT LIST will be available in the order registrations are received. If a space opens and you're next on the list, you will be sent an email letting you know and you'll have 24 hours to respond before we move to the next person on the list. WHAT HAPPENS IF A WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED?
In the event that the workshop is cancelled for any reason, all monies paid will be refunded, in full. If a workshop does not make up, we will notify you by February 20, 2025. We do reserve the right to substitute an instructor of the same caliber for last minute emergencies where it's not possible to cancel. This is highly unlikely.
Please DO NOT purchase airline tickets until after you receive confirmation from us that the workshop is a go on February 20, 2025 We are not responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or other travel arrangements in the event a workshop does not make up.
We advise you to register as soon as possible as registration is limited to 10 participants. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
